Role Summary

We are hiring experienced Oracle BRM Developers to drive core development and platform performance across mission-critical OSS/BSS billing engines. You will lead policy customizations, invoicing automation, real-time discounting pipelines, and high-concurrency database optimizations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, code, and maintain custom opcodes, daemons, and facilities within the core Oracle BRM framework.
• Customize invoicing pipelines, split-billing models, and real-time discounting policies across production workloads.
• Write high-throughput, low-latency code in C, C++, Java, PL/SQL, and Unix/Linux shell or Perl scripts.
• Identify and resolve rating bottlenecks, long-running batch billing cycles, and database locking issues.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to align billing schemas with enterprise CRM and ERP
  platforms.

Technical qualifications & Experience

• 5–12+ years of direct, hands-on engineering experience in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM).
• Deep mastery of core BRM platform architecture: PCM APIs, PIN data dictionaries, Flists, and POID structures.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in policy customization (PCM_OP_ACT_*, PCM_OP_CUST_*, PCM_OP_BILL_*).
• Strong development skills in C, C++, Java, and advanced Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures and query tuning.
• Solid experience administering batch billing runs, PIN daemons, and CM/DM diagnostic processes.

• Experience with multi-schema or multi-currency BRM architectures.
• Hands-on background in migrating on-premise BRM stacks to cloud-native platforms.
